The massive lamp with six spotlights was delivered quickly, exactly as scheduled, but despite very good, sturdy packaging, one lampshade was smashed to pieces during delivery.
After my email, the company responded quickly and asked me to send back a photo of the damaged shade, with a clear promise to deliver a replacement part to me free of charge as soon as possible.
