If you placed an order without logging into your customer account, we unfortunately cannot assign the order back to the account, as you receive a new customer ID for this order.

Not always, it depends on the item.

There are 3 main options:

  • Lights with integrated LED do not require separate light bulbs, as the illuminants are built in the lamp. There is no need to buy additional light bulbs. On Illumination.co.uk, such lights are labelled with: "Socket: LED, Light bulb(s) included: yes".
  • Lamps with conventional sockets (E27, E14, GU10...) are sometimes shipped with the relevant light bulb(s). When the bulbs are included in the price and package, it is clearly stated in the product details, as such: "Light bulb(s) included: yes".
  • Otherwise, the bulbs are not part of the purchase. You will find the type of bulb required in the technical details, on the "Socket" line.

Our Webshop will suggest you bulbs according to the socket type, please note that it cannot select bulbs based on size restriction, in the rare cases where they apply.
