Really great lamp, super light, not glaring. Very easy to assemble..
Unfortunately, the remote control didn’t work, so I could only set the light to very bright or very dim; dimming was not possible. That’s why I contacted the seller, who advised me very, very kindly and sent me a new lamp, again very quickly and without any complications. However, the new one was a different, higher-quality product, this time with color changing but the same shape. Everything worked with this one, and I am very satisfied. I was only surprised that I was not asked to return the first lamp, as perhaps it would only have needed a new remote control, since it worked apart from the dimming function. I have now given it to my daughter-in-law, and she is absolutely delighted.
All in all, however, I am completely satisfied with the transaction, the seller, and the product.
