All parts were included, along with the instructions. Assembly took about 45 minutes and can be completed without any problems with the help of the instructions. Overall, the lamp looks very stylish and shines brightly. However, upon closer inspection, it seems somewhat "cheap." For example, the dimmer does not turn completely smoothly, and some parts of the lamp are very light and seem fragile.
